She was taken from South Africa to England and later to France by a British ship's doctor named Alexander Dunlop. The Cannibal Dictator Sese Seko Mobutu was the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire) from 1965 to 1997. During his rule, I knew him for his authoritarian and corrupt leadership style, and for the human rights abuses committed under his regime.
