The Cannibal Dictator Sese Seko Mobutu was the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire) from 1965 to 1997. During his rule, I knew him for his authoritarian and corrupt leadership style, and for the human rights abuses committed under his regime. There are no facts that support the claim that he was a cannibal.
